Copper Golem - A smart helper for your base

When I first heard about the Copper Golem, my initial thought was: «Well, another decorative mob that will just stand there». Honestly, I didn’t expect anything extraordinary from it. But when I finally built my first little copper buddy and saw it in action, it was something else entirely.

For those interested in more details about this little guy:

• To create it, you’ll need copper and a carved pumpkin.
• The golem can collect items from copper chests and organize them into nearby regular chests, sorting them by type.
• It actively searches for copper chests to retrieve items from them.
• After collecting items, the golem searches for a suitable chest to place them in.
• The item will be placed either in an empty chest or one that already contains similar items.
• If, after checking 10 chests in a row, it doesn’t find a suitable item, it enters standby mode for 7 seconds.
• The chest search radius is 32 blocks horizontally and 8 blocks vertically from its location.
• When defeated, the golem drops 1 to 3 copper ingots.
• It can carry up to 16 items at a time.

Copper Chest

Along with the golem, copper chests have also been introduced. They serve as storage for collected resources but have one important feature — they oxidize over time.

This new type of block will have some very interesting characteristics:

• To obtain it, you need to craft it using a regular chest and copper ingots.
• The oxidation process can be stopped if the chest is properly treated with wax.

Copper Tools

Meet the new set of copper tools that will add variety to your arsenal! You can now craft an axe, hoe, pickaxe, shovel, and sword from copper.

• Unlike copper blocks, the tools do not oxidize.
• Copper ingots are used to craft and repair them.
• The damage dealt is comparable to stone tools.
• The durability surpasses that of stone equipment.
• The usage speed is lower than that of stone tools.
• The enchantment capability is worse than that of iron items.

Copper Armor

A new set of armor has also been introduced, consisting of a helmet, chestplate, leggings, and boots. Copper armor surpasses leather in durability and will be an excellent choice in the early stages of survival.

However, in several characteristics, it is inferior to classic iron equipment, allowing players to choose gear based on their playstyle and resources.

Main features of the set:

• In terms of durability and enchantment capability, it is inferior to iron armor.

Fixes and Improvements

The developers have worked hard on the game’s quality: 70 bugs have been fixed, which has positively impacted the stability and comfort of the gameplay. Now playing is more enjoyable and safer — bugs won’t ruin the experience!

Additionally, 160 technical updates have been added for mod creators and testing new features, paving the way for even more diverse content in the future.
