The Ikea shopping center is made to the exact scale and includes the complex itself, as well as the surrounding area in the form of parking spaces.

The only caveat is that it's completely empty, so you won't be able to walk between the windows in search of a bedside table or the famous plush Shark. But nothing prevents you from filling a spacious room with your own furniture, since the area is really huge.
