Reason for the urgent update

The previous version brought notable changes: new mechanics, improved world generation, expanded resource pack features, and optimized interface elements. All this clearly diversified gameplay and gave players more creative freedom.

However, a few technical issues slipped in with these improvements. For example, after the update some encountered freezes, control issues, and failures in new features.

The more changes and new options the game gets, the higher the risk of unexpected bugs. That’s why the developers had to urgently release patch 1.21.121. Thanks to this hotfix, critical issues were quickly closed so the last version’s additions don’t spoil the fun.

Key fixes

I immediately tested the sore spots. Minimized and restored the game several times, opened inventory and chests — the camera stayed stable, the centering bug vanished. I intentionally loaded a heavy world with lots of builds and spent about an hour there. Not a single crash; the game is clearly more stable. I also checked resource packs — they now apply to the world correctly on the first try, which is great.

Overall, the update feels like focused bug-fixing. Gameplay is smoother, the small stutters when closing interfaces are gone. Performance and battery usage remain unchanged — all at the same level.

Although the patch addresses Windows- and PS5-specific issues, Android also feels more stable.
