Parasites is an interesting survival quest that brings 14 new creatures to the Minecraft game world. An interesting feature is that these monsters are constantly evolving. You need to destroy them before they reach their full power. Monsters have several stages of evolution: standard arachnid, infected mob and adult parasite.

  • Destroyer - can infect neutral NPCs and after a while transform into a random beast.
  • Beetle - appears in the absence of light and after 60 seconds mimics the destroyer.
  • Random Beasts are dangerous monsters that pose a high threat to the hero.
  • Infected - can virus neutral creatures and transforms into an animal after 2 minutes.

Available weapons

  • Scythe: has high attack power, craftable.
  • Pickaxe: helps to quickly get new resources, available for use in “survival”.
  • Bow: Shoots infected arrows and also kills mobs.
For the mod to work, you need to enable Experimental options in the map settings
