According to the plot of the add-on, you will find yourself on Komodo, a distant island, which, by coincidence, became the epicenter of a viral epidemic. Almost all living beings have changed and pose a great danger to you. Now you have to gather all your will into a fist and try to survive by getting supplies, weapons and a safe place to spend the night.
