Exit the Gungeon — is a dynamic arcade shoot 'em up with bullet hell elements, continuing the story of the original Enter the Gungeon. The plot unfolds immediately after the events of the first game, as the Gungeon begins to collapse.

Your goal — is to escape this chaos alive. Choosing one of the familiar heroes, you embark on a desperate journey upward, fighting through constantly changing floors and rooms filled with hordes of enemies. The path to salvation lies through a series of elevators, each serving as an arena for intense shootouts.

Ascent from the Abyss

The goal is simple, but the path is dangerous: you must ascend to the upper floors of the collapsing Gungeon through a chain of unique elevators. Each ascent becomes a separate challenge — with unpredictable events and intense battles, where your entire arsenal and wits will be put to the test.

Take advantage of stealth opportunities on levels with many enemies by disguising yourself as one of them.
Pay attention to the environment: explosive objects, barricades, and cover will be your allies.
Plan your actions in advance — sometimes it’s easier to sacrifice a character to switch to another.

At the end of each stage, you’ll face a charismatic boss who won’t let you escape easily. Along the way, you’ll encounter wandering merchants — with the coins you collect, you can replenish supplies, choose new passive bonuses, or acquire rare artifacts. Everything you collect along the way can change your strategy, surprise you with unexpected combinations, and give you a chance for a truly unforgettable escape.

The Weapon Whirlwind

You’ll encounter a completely insane arsenal: at any moment, your weapon can transform into something unexpected — from a blaster to a crossbow, from guns with bees to shotguns with rockets. You’ll often have to rely on intuition, as it’s impossible to predict what weapon you’ll have in your hands next. The heart of the combat lies in its dynamics: the longer you remain unharmed and defeat enemies, the stronger your weapons become at that moment. Here, dodging skills and constant movement — are your best friends, as only this way can you survive in this chaotic whirlwind of shootouts.
