![Fast Slime Farm in Minecraft]()
Friends, the day has finally come! I’m actually building this farm and I’m still thrilled! My first thought: «Seriously?! Is it really this simple and yet so efficient?!» Honestly, I didn’t expect such results.
Thank you to everyone who supports me. Without exaggeration: you are the best motivation in the world! Creating content and coming up with crazy projects is all for you.
Enjoying the process: resources and why it’s so cool
To be honest: when I saw the material list, I almost laughed at how simple it is. Here’s my genius builder’s kit:
- 5 slabs (even random ones lying in a chest will do)
- 4 regular blocks
- 3 stairs
- 2 buttons
- 2 trapdoors
- 2 dispensers
- 1 campfire (I yelled: first time using it outside a fireplace!)
- 1 vine
- 1 sand
- 1 lever
- 1 chest (the eternal classic)
- 4–6 armadillos (the longest to find, but fun)
- 1 zombie (and — ironically — a boat to transport it)
- Diamond sword without enchantments (yes, it’s really important here!)
And, of course, potions:
- Splash potion of infection (stone will help you)
- Splash potion of stickiness (when you need slime to make more slime!)
Honestly, while gathering everything, I walked around the house muttering «at least something that doesn’t require a stack of diamonds!»
My quest: how I built and set up the fastest farm
Step 1. Catching a zombie mercenary

Dug a 2x2, waited for night, had a mega chase around the area with zombies, and almost broke the boat — adrenaline! In the end, the zombie entered, I jumped down with it, covered it with slabs, and it’s perfectly fine — sitting, waiting.

Step 2. Armadillos: little heroes
Oh, this part took some effort. They’re so cunning, almost like my cat! I transported them to the farm with persuasion and mild panic. Then I dug a deeper hole, placed a ladder, threw sand on top — and now my heroic eternal workers «work» 24/7!

Step 3. Mechanical magic
Installing dispensers, buttons, levers — such a satisfying feeling, like I’m a real engineer at heart. When it all comes to life — goosebumps (and quiet pride somewhere in the corner of my soul).

Step 4. The moment of truth — starting the farm
Vine, campfire, chest, a couple of trapdoors… And finally the lever! Turned it on — the farm hums, turned it off — the farm rests. Comfort level «manage millions of slime from your couch».

First impressions: When building feels like an adventure
On the first run, I just got a wild thrill: the farm really produces abundant amounts of silverfish and slime! The main thing — don’t click the sword like crazy, time it perfectly for the ideal drop. And when you see the chest instantly filling with slime, you immediately think: «Did I really ever complain about lacking this resource?!»

Pros and cons: Nothing is perfect
Pros:
- Super simple assembly — even if you have no experience
- Almost no need to farm rare resources
- Very high productivity (and plenty of XP!)
- Easy to turn on/off, no constant monitoring needed
- Optimized for different versions
Cons:
- Finding armadillos sometimes turns into a mini-game (and not always fun)
- Requires a bit of initial slime for the potion
- If you mess up the mechanics or accidentally kill the zombie/armadillo — you’ll have to redo everything
- Not the quietest farm if your base is nearby
My verdict and a few tips
If you want a cool, fast, and almost infinite slime/XP farm — BUILD THIS ONE! I really enjoyed it, 100% satisfied. Friendly tip: don’t be lazy, light up the area around to prevent hostile mobs from spawning, and don’t forget to clean the chests occasionally — this farm really pumps out slime in streams.

I’d love to hear your ideas on what other farms we can spice up! Share your impressions, build, experiment, and let your chests overflow with green joy. Big hugs to everyone — building, filming, and having fun for you is so much more exciting!
